Cold war remerging???

The recent Georgia conflict has raised the doubts of cold war resurfacing with Russia continuing to be offensive in its attitude and America sorry Mr.Bush is insisting on withdrawal of troops from the region. So is the cold war reemerging or had it never ended ???
