NSG(Nuclear Suppliers Group) is the one which has been misled ....

By the secret document released and printed in the Washington Post. Its not India which has been misled by US nor the UPA which has misled the parliament. There has been stiff opposition to the agreement by some of the NSG members and their main concern was India not signing non proliferative treaty. So releasing a secret law which makes India a little harder to conduct nuclear tests as they will loose the supply in case of that. Thereby ensure the countries in the opposition camp that its almost near to non proliferative treaty.
