3 month EPC and 7 day EPC in CJ- commission junction

EPC is the Average Earnings Per One Hundred Clicks. EPC is a relative rating that illustrates the ability to convert clicks to commissions. It is calculated by taking commissions earned/paid divided by the total number of clicks times 100. The account manager metrics display EPC for a 3-month period and a 7-day period for your review.

Lets think that today is actually August 10th. If I wanted to calculate my 7 day EPC, I'd add up all of my clicks from the the 1st through the 7th of the month, and divide that number by the dollar amount of commissions I received in that same period of time. If I wanted to calculate my 3 month EPC, I'd add up all of my clicks during the month of October and divide that number by my my total commissions earned for that month. I'd then do the same for November and December, and I'd then just take the average of those three months as my 3 month EPC. CJ uses the two day and two month lag times as a way to keep the statics from changing as a result of fraud, corrected commissions, etc.
