The Intellingence is not enough

We are not able to foil the plans of terrorists, again and again falling prey to them. Our intelligence has to be improved and upgraded a lot more times than it is now to prevent such attacks. The present population to intelligence ratio is 5lakh is to one. With various internal and external threats we need to increase our intelligence presence and avoid the mishappenings.
