Broadest concensus for liability

Well the UPA2 seems to have learnt one or two lessons from the Bhopal gas tragedy. The flexibility it is showing while passing the nuclear liability bill has clearly given it an edge over opposition and clearly the opposition wont be able to say I told you so on this issue in case of any unfortunate mishappenings.
