error : msinfo.exe not found

For windows xp and 2000 msinfo32.exe is a real program and msinfo.exe is a Trojan file. If an error note appears after rebooting that msinfo.exe is not found then it is understood that your antivirus or any other software has removed that Trojan.
To get rid of that error message run win.ini and delete that reference
