Indian soldier needs to be treated better

The planning commission has not met the demands of our soldiers. They are not treated as par with the civil servants. They should need a better treatement. What happens if they resolve to protests? Isnt the country and our security at stake? Why dont they fall in for the people who protect us without caring for their lifes...
