If you have a long lists of friends in gmail sending group emails is easy. Here are the steps
First click on the contacts
Select all the contacts from the option
Now press the Email option
You will be forwarded to a page where all your contacts are placed in the To column so that you can send messages to all of them. If you want you can send message from here or you can copy the address and forward any other message by pasting it.
