General error memory full close some applications and try again : solution

Please keep back up of your data before you begin your procedure
1. place your mobile on table, type *#7370# and confirmation dialog appears;
2. as soon as you enter lock code(default code is usually 12345) and answer ‘yes’, press & hold ‘*’ ‘3′ ‘calling green button until the country selection menu comes out, and I think I don’t have to tell you the rest....
