National Customer Preference Registry - NCPR the alternative which was floated by TRAI - Telephone Regulatory Authority of India to Do-Not-Call service will be finally working from September 27th. This means consumers who were fed up pf unsolicited marketing calls can now have a huge sigh of relief as the government has amended the laws required for such a service.
