Error 330 (net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED): Unknown error in Google Chrome - Logical conclusion

Error 330 (net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED): Unknown error in Google Chrome. The error might be due to removal of the page on the server by the one who has hosted it. 
So first got the error in the google chrome

Then I tried it in Maxthon, Firefox and Internet explorer. The conclusion was that particular site was dead and I think there is no use beating a dead horse.
