The under recovery which is the reason given by the Central government when they rise the fuel prices every time may be the biggest political gimmick that is played in the Indian soil. Our government never gives any balance sheets of these companies, but only fingers at the international crude prices. We have all learnt in our school times that when crude oil is distilled, an array of petrochemical bi products are produced.
