These are some ways to solve the problem:
1. Check your date, time zone (click on the right bottom of your desktop), maybe it's out of date
2. Clear the cookies and history (Click setting in your google, mozilla, safari, IE or any browser you have problem with), then close and open again the browser
3. Refresh your IP (Step 1: Click start-click connect to-click see all connection-click right your connection that have problem with-click properties-click general- click internet protocol (TCP/IP)-Last step: click properties- change IP address:111.111.111 and change subnet mask:255- click 0k- then do again step 1 until last step but this time click obtain an IP address automatically and click obtain DNS server address automatically- click ok)
note: the number 3 way to solve this problem is work for me. many time the number 1 and 2 is already been recommendated but in case you can't solve the problem by this ways to solve, then just try number 3.

Good Luck
