National parties under RTI : Congress cries foul

Chief Information Commission (CIC) has come out with a judgement that national parties be included in RTI. The judgement has enraged Congress and has gone onto say that "it may aim at destroying democratic institutions!!!"
Destroying democratic institutions???
The congress is reacting harshly to this inclusion. The question however is how RTI is going to destroy the democratic institutions. These statements looks a bit confused but have a greater depth into it and you will know that what he meant was really correct. The RTI is going to destroy the currently established system of democratic institutions. The opening up of parties to RTI will make them mandatory to declare all the sources of income. And finally yes, this is a game changer or probably a destroyer too...
