Converting sis to sisx files is near impossible

There is a binary compatibility break and also source break between 2nd and 3rd edition executables. Also the directory structure on the devices is different, some supplementary file formats are different, and some additional files are required in 3rd edition for successful application. We will have to rewrite the code in order to convert it into sisx.....
